We farm in the Flaxman Valley, South Australia, raising our lamb with care and respect for the land. All lamb is processed on demand by Two Brothers Abattoir in Lobethal, ensuring freshness, quality, and transparency from start to finish.
You can find us every Saturday at the Barossa Farmers Market in Angaston, SA, from 7:30am to 11:30am, where you can select from a range of premium lamb cuts.
